Besides manual scoring, now also yes or no, and a counted number the system converts into a score itself.

GrowPilot works everywhere with a score from 1 to 5, where 1 is very poor and 5 excellent. Everything is measured against that, so scores stay comparable across checkpoints and activities. But not every check can be captured in a number equally well. Sometimes the answer is simply yes or no, and sometimes the foreman counts something concrete in the row. The foreman then had to turn that into a score himself, and that judgement shifts again with whoever is checking at that moment.
Two methods have been added alongside manual scoring. With yes or no, the answer automatically becomes a 5 or a 1, and you can flip that if it fits the checkpoint better. With a measured value the foreman counts something concrete, for example the number of stubs over 30 stems, and enters that number. The system converts that number into a score from 1 to 5 using ranges you define yourself.
Each checkpoint also has a weighting: at 100 percent it counts normally in the final score, at 60 percent lighter and at 200 percent double.
