GrowPilot grew out of a concrete problem in the greenhouse, and we keep building from that problem-solving mindset. Every customer that joins brings new input. Below are a number of developments we recently rolled out as updates.
Tasks module
All routine tasks recorded once, with a fixed route past the person doing it, the backup and the person responsible.
Enhanced checking
If someone keeps slipping on the same point, extra coaching kicks in automatically.
Mandatory photo at a check
Decide yourself when a photo is mandatory. Always, or when a score comes out low.
Extra scoring methods
Besides manual scoring, now also yes or no, and a counted number the system converts into a score itself.
Bonus module
Rewarding what someone actually delivers, with a calculation you set up yourself.
Develop fast, configure per customer
Because we develop fast, a good idea is often in the greenhouse within a few weeks. What we build for one customer has no consequences for how another works: everything is configurable per customer.
