If someone keeps slipping on the same point, extra coaching kicks in automatically.

GrowPilot works with different checking frequencies. A new worker spends four weeks in an onboarding track with extra checks, a regular worker follows the normal rhythm and an experienced worker is checked less often, all configurable. Whatever frequency someone is in, things can still go wrong repeatedly on a single checkpoint or activity. Someone comes out of onboarding, starts a different activity and then keeps scoring low there. You want to be able to act on that without the foreman having to notice and remember it himself. This came out of a pilot with a customer, and we built and applied it right away.
If someone scores insufficiently a number of times on the same checkpoint within a set period, extra checks follow automatically. Only on that checkpoint; the rest of the tasks are fine. After a few clean checks it goes back to the normal rhythm by itself, without anyone having to do anything. You set the thresholds yourself, and where an activity or checkpoint differs you give it its own rule. The aim is improvement: extra attention on the point that goes wrong, until it goes right again.
All routine tasks recorded once, with a fixed route past the person doing it, the backup and the person responsible.
LiveDecide yourself when a photo is mandatory. Always, or when a score comes out low.
LiveBesides manual scoring, now also yes or no, and a counted number the system converts into a score itself.
We give a short demo so you can see whether your greenhouse can be lifted to a higher level too. Or sit in on the online session first, together with other growers.
